Duration of Sessions

Initial Consultation - ca. 60 minutes

Follow-Up - ca. 30 minutes

Please factor in a little time after your appointment for me to formulate your prescription and dispense your herbs. In some cases, I may need longer for this and will not be able to dispense straight away. In this case I can send your medicine to you by post if you are not able to come and pick it up at the clinic.

Cost

I am currently offering a reduced introductory rate.

Initial Consultation: £60.00 (normally £68.00)

Follow-Up: £39.00 (normally £42.00)

Please note that the cost of the medicine itself is not included in my appointment fee, but is an additional expense. It will usually come to about £12.00 to £17.00 per week.

Letter for Travelling with Herbal Medicine (for Customs, Airport Security, or Similar)

Advance payment is required at the point of booking and before I dispense any medicine. 

When you schedule an appointment with me, I reserve that time especially for you. I also spend time preparing for our meeting before I see you. This is why I ask you for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your booking. This will entitle you to a full refund.

If you need to change or cancel within 48 to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fee. 

If you change or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount.

Equally, I dispense herbal medicine that is custom-made for you, so I cannot use it for anybody else if for any reason you should no longer require it. Once you have paid for your medicine and I have started making it up, I unfortunately cannot issue any refunds.
