Duration of Sessions

Initial Consultation - ca. 60 minutes

Follow-Up - ca. 30 minutes

After your appointment, I will take time to think about your personal prescription, which will then be dispensed for pick-up at the clinic within a few days, or can be posted to you for a fee. 

Sometimes I will be able to dispense on the day of your appointment, but this will be on a case-by-case basis.

Investment

Initial Consultation: £68.00

This includes:

• an initial assessment of your intake form prior to your appointment, including current medication, and any medical records or test results you provide 
• a detailed assessment of your current symptoms
• an in-depth review of your health history and lifestyle habits
• any physical examination, for example blood pressure reading, if indicated
• creating a bespoke herbal prescription to suit your needs following the appointment
• making and packaging your herbal prescription 
• an email with an appointment summary and a treatment plan that is tailored to you
• any research time required to guarantee the latest insights into your health and most appropriate treatment approach
• correspondence with your wider healthcare team, if required, for example your GP

Follow-Up: £42.00

This includes:

• a review of any new test results prior to the appointment, if provided
• a review of your progress, your symptoms, and a chance to talk through any changes to your wellbeing
• any physical examination, for example blood pressure reading, if indicated
• any tweaks to your prescription as required after the appointment
• making and packaging your herbal prescription
• an appointment summary email with any new treatment steps we have decided on
• any research time required to guarantee the latest insights into your health and most appropriate treatment approach
• further correspondence with your wider healthcare team, if required

Please note that the price of your medicine or supplements is not included in my appointment fee, but is an additional expense. Tinctures will usually come to about £12.50 to £17.00 per week, for example.  Please read below for more details.

Advance payment and completion of an intake form are required at least 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your booking. The exception to this is if your appointment was booked on short notice, in which case I ask for payment and the completed intake form as soon as possible after booking. 

If necessary, I may ask you to move your booking to a later date and time to give you a chance to provide payment and complete and return the intake information. 

Your booking may be cancelled if I have not received payment and your completed intake form in due time.

Advance payment is also required before I dispense or order any medicine for you, and for any additional services.

When you schedule an appointment with me, I reserve that time especially for you. I also spend time preparing for our meeting before I see you. This is why I ask you for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your booking. This will entitle you to a full refund.

If you change or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice but at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fee. 

If you change or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount. The same applies in case of non-attendance without prior notification.

Equally, I dispense herbal medicine that is custom-made for you, so I cannot use it for anybody else if for any reason you should no longer require it. Once you have paid for your medicine and I have started dispensing or have ordered it, I unfortunately cannot issue any refunds.
