Advance payment and completion of an intake form are required at least 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your booking. The exception to this is if your appointment was booked on short notice, in which case I ask for payment and the completed intake form as soon as possible after booking.
This is because, when you schedule an appointment with me, I set aside time especially for you. I reserve a treatment room for us, and I prepare for our meeting before I see you.
Advance payment is also required before I dispense or order any medicine, and for any additional services. I dispense herbal medicine that is custom-made for you personally, so I cannot use it for anybody else if for any reason you should no longer require it. Once you have paid for your medicine and I have started dispensing or have ordered it, I unfortunately cannot issue any refunds.
I kindly ask you for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your booking. This will entitle you to a full refund.
If you change or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice but at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
If you change or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount. The same applies in case of non-attendance without prior notification.
If any of the above causes you any difficulty or concern, or you have any questions, please contact me before booking to discuss. We can also always move your booking to a later date to give you a chance to make payment and complete and return the intake information.
Your booking may be cancelled if I have not received both payment and your completed intake form at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

I encourage you to consult with your GP as well as working with a complimentary practitioner if you have any health concerns. I am more than happy to liaise with your wider healthcare team while you are in my care.
